This was a beautiful property and we loved our stay. It was in a great area with easy walking access to everything in Chamonix. Our porch had a view of the mountains and the actual unit was clean, well designed and felt new. The staff were friendly and helpful and the property had a workout room we were able to use as well. We would stay here again!

Loved it!

The unit was well supplied and very comfortable. I hope to return for a longer stay! The location is excellent with easy access to the roads, underground parking, and a close walk into the center.

very good apartment hotel

An apartment hotel designed like a country cottage. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Right in front of the hotel there is a huge supermarket where you can find everything you need. The pool and spa at the hotel are excellent. The hotel is located right next to the cable car that goes up to l'Aiguille du midi Highly recommended!

Excellent- highly recommend

Fantastic stay - would absolutely return. Friendly helpful staff, the rooms were well equipped to cook and very comfortable. I used the spa everyday and can’t complain. Pool is a little cold but fine once you’re in. Gym has excellent quality equipment (although a tad warm in there!)

If you book a room that does not state garden view, it may well be directly facing busy highway. If the weather is hot, and since the rooms do not have aircon, your choice is either a hot or noisy night. This is something the hotel should be more forthcoming. How about installing aircon to the highway facing units?MGM is otherwise a fine property with many positives.

Väldigt trevlig personal i reception. Nära att gå till centrum där det finns mycket restauranger. Fina rum. Det enda negativa är att det var lite trångt i ingång och lite dåligt med plats för att hänga skidkläder som tar plats, Sedan så är köket bra utrustat förutom att det inte finns osthyvlar som vi i Sverige kanske förväntar oss:-) De finns inte heller att köpa i affärer. Men överlag. En toppenvistelse

We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more attention to detail would make the experience even better.

Mycket bra hotell för en skidresa!

Härligt lägenhetshotell med hög standard på lägenhet och övriga faciliteter som gym och spa. Ligger bra till med buss Ski14 utanför till Le Brevent. Övriga skidområden från Chamonix Sud Busstation som ligger 350m från hotellet. Enkel promenad från der fina skidrummen. Även centrum med butiker och restauranger ligger på promenad avstånd. Ett plus för möjlighet till massage och att man kan beställa färskt frukostbröd med leverans till hotellet. Bodde i 2 sovrums lägenhet med två badrum och tillräckligt kök med diskmaskin och balkong på tredje våning.

Stedet er dejligt og med smuk udsigt, men vores værelse lå lige ud til trafikeret vej, med støj. Vi havde forventet mere af et sted med 5 stjerner. Fx var sovesofaen absolut ikke god at sove i. Der er ikke håndvask sammen med wc’et. Køkkenknivene ikke egnet til at lave mad og i dårlig stand.

Overall a good stay. Staff at Reception are very pleasant but it is a bit slow as there is only one poor employee that seems to be doing the job of many, checking in, answering the phones, minding the bar and serving drinks and also bringing items to your room if needed like cots etc. Reception completely shuts outside of the hours of 8am-8pm you can’t even get into the area, dread to think what would happen if you lost your room key? We had a medical issue with one of our children and needed advice on who to call however it was past 8pm and there wasn’t even an answer on the telephone. I had asked for a cot and iron prior to my arrival, neither of which were there so we had to wait with a very restless 4 month old before we could get him off to bed We were looking onto the road which was very loud during the night. However the room was nice, small things like staining on the walls and curtains could be addressed but otherwise clean and tidy. Bear in mind if you’re planning on using the sofa bed it comes out as two single beds with quite a large gap down the middle so would not be suitable for small children The pool is great and easily accessed.
