"The room was nice, if a bit dated, with an amazing view of the mountains and river from the balcony. A fan in the room would have been nice since it was rather hot, but we managed. It was nice to have enough beds for two adults and two teens, which can be hard to find. We enjoyed our stay."
"We all loved the hotel but it did have a musty smell in the room. The only other negative was the fact our room was hot. I had no idea if we had ac or not.
Other than the above we loved Chamonix and would love to come back."
"Stayed here before and after a multi day trail run adventure. The hotel staff was welcoming and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice amenities such as Nuxe soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The hotel has nice touches such as sparkling water on tap in the lobby with bottles you can fill to being up to your room. Also as a bonus, they are willing to store your bags while you adventure and have them waiting for you in your new room when you return."
"The view from our unit was to die for! It was just breathtaking - Literally one of the top highlights of our entire trip. Our unit was a condo with a kitchen, living room bedroom and bathroom. Which is more than what I was expecting. It is rustic alpine decor. Both the living room and bedroom had sliding doors to the balcony. It was a two night stay, we wish it were longer. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The only small negatives was the unit could have used a box of tissues and maybe a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. The shower also leaked a bit onto the bathroom floor. Minor stuff.
I would stay here again. I took so many pictures off our balcony, because it was so beautiful no matter what time of day. We could also watch the paragliders land in the field below. It is a short walk to town and there is a hiking trail that starts next to the hotel. I’m from Colorado and I’m used to beautiful mountains. But Chamonix just blew me away. And our balcony views were part of this amazing experience."
"The Mountain View of our room was nice! It was next to the bus stop and a close walk from the cable car. The restaurant had friendly staff but food was just okay, slightly disappointing. Comfortable beds."
