"Set in an incredibly tranquil spot, Sylvain could not have been more welcoming. Lovely place and a hotel that deserves to succeed. If you are looking for peace and quiet in picture postcard surroundings, this should be on the list. The room itself was equally lovely"

"Le site est magnifique et reposant. L’accueil est agréable et chaleureux. En revanche, les draps ne sont pas fournis, ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Au contraire c’est noté serviettes de bain fournie pour ce qui est de la section « salle de bain » et pour le reste ce n’est mentionné nul part que le linge de lit n’est pas fourni qu’il faut payer un supplément. Je l’ai appris le jour même !! de plus l’hôtesse d’accueil me dit que pour le linge on a vu cela ensemble, vous n’en voulait pas...

"Séjour court dans une yourte en famille avec mon mari et mes deux filles très agréable le premier week-end de novembre. J'ai été surprise par le confort des lits et la chaleur à l'intérieur. Elle est très bien isolée et chauffée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés car pour un 1er novembre, il n'était pas certain que nous puissions trouver un restaurant ouvert... Mes filles n'ont qu'une envie revenir pour tester d'autres logements atypiques !"

"Hôte très agréable, disponible et réactif. Nous avons occupé une chambre confortable pour 4 avec un lit double et un lit superposé 😊. Très calme, jolie vue. Chauffage à disposition. Idéal pour aller au Puy du Fou (env. 20mn en voiture). joli petit village, son église, sa petite boulangerie..miam😊 Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de VMC dans la chambre et la SDB. Très agréable séjour. Mille merci et à bientôt nous espérons!!"

"Great village with interesting church and chateau within walking distance of hotel. Lovely courtyard at hotel. Had supper sitting outside. Limited menu but the galettes were delicious ! Room slightly cramped but comfortable. Excellent breakfast included. Great value all round!"

poor service attension

"Very poor attension to opening the breakfast times. I was to open at 7am, but didnt open until 7.45 on a Monday before our teams work. Poor selection of breakfast, no taking care of damp towels in room or the room when returning. Would assume there was cleaning to take place the days I stayed. Over payed for the price it was "

"Staff good . Bedding clean and comfortable. Air conditioning not working, mouldy shower ceiling, carpet very worn. Whole hotel needs a revamp. Breakfast buffet not great choice. Overpriced. Car parking very easy and hotel was not noisy. Would not use again unless keen to stay in Parthenay."
