"We were in a cabin for 5 in a lovely position, very secluded with excellent views. Parking was convenient next to the cabin. Interior was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The site was a bit run down but it was early season and the bar area and outside seating looked like if could be tidied up and be comfortable. "Nice campsite for a few nights. Good restaurant, staff and facilities. However, we booked a 4 person Comfort Cottage for a week but we given a 6 person Modern Cottage without explanation. The extra room was a bonus but I’m glad there were only 4 of us as 6 would have felt very cramped. The Modern Chalet style wasn’t what we booked nor particularly wanted however we we glad to have a covered balcony as it rained for half our stay. The harsh lighting, uncomfortable bed and lack of kitchen...

"The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. After connecting to Wi-Fi I could get the receipt, but since it was late at night when we arrived and we were tired, we had to do it until the next morning and they did give us a refund But since it takes 3 to 5 business days, we are still waiting for our refund. That was a big inconvenience for us and it wasn’t pleasant to get into an argument with the staff."
