"L’heure pour le check in est trop tard, 16:00 c’est trop tard. Partout où je vais c’est 15:00. Nous sommes arrivés à 15:25 et ils voulaient nous chargés des frais supplémentaires de 15,00$ de plus pour le 35 minutes d’avance. Complètement ridicule, alors que partout c’est 15:00. Je suis client de cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années. Et juste pour cette raison, ils viennent de me perdre. C’est beau vouloir profité des gens. Mais il y a quand même des limites à être havard"

The location just wonderful to walk everywhere, we went to old Quebec, visit beautiful places and streets, also just some blocks you have les jardines and the other side Eaton. The city has beautiful places and the hotel makes it more wonderful. The staff the best, friendly and helpful. Specially thanks to the Argentina concierge"

"My go to spot for whenever I’m in Montreal. Great location, not too expensive and includes free parking. The rooms are great and the outdoor pool is nice when it’s open. They were missing the bath rob (which is nice that this hotel still offers that) in my room. Found out the housekeeping must have somehow missed it when I asked the next morning. Definitely going back!!"

"Great hotel in the east end of the city close to the Big O, Botanical Gardens, Planetarium, etc. Free parking was a bonus as were the 2 pools! Will definitely keep in mind for a future visit to Montreal."
