The resort boasts excellent facilities, including multiple pools and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous buffet offering fresh, varied options each morning. We had such a great experience that we’ll definitely be returning!"

"I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. It is in a great area close to everything and the accommodations were great. It was clean, safe, they provide a delicious buffet breakfast and even decorated my room for my birthday without me asking. All around great service. Also check-in was very smooth thanks to Alvin. If staying in Phuket this is a great choice. "

"This resort isAMAZING and the view from my room was surreal. I regret only staying two nights and I will definitely go back for at least week. This is the place to be when you want a relaxed vacation with some peace and quiet away from all the noise. Going during low season was a good move as it wasn't as crowded as it probably is during peak season but the weather was still wonderful. The staff is very polite and attentive. Always ready to jump in and help however they can. The Coconut rum drink at the "by the sea restaurant" was my addiction!!! Soooo good. "
