"We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. For the rooms, they are clean with good wifi and awesome showers. The balconies offer great views. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbor's activity. "

"The person that came to assist us was polite and helpful "

"I arrived and called the host multiple times and every time they say they will come in few minutes... I waited more than an hour and finally no one came. They just sent me the code to smart lock... I don't understand why they didn't send it from beginning!! The taxi left me because she couldn't wait anymore so I had to drag my luggage up as the room was the last building up the hill!! It almost ruined my whole trip in my last night but the Mariot restaurant next to them made my night a little...

"We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. The hotel is located close to Karon beach (you can walk but there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and lots of choices for restaurants and massage parlours nearby too. The resort is set on a hill, so isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues. However, the staff are very accommodating to guest needs day or night and provide a concierge service to your room if you don’t want to walk far. "

"This resort isAMAZING and the view from my room was surreal. I regret only staying two nights and I will definitely go back for at least week. This is the place to be when you want a relaxed vacation with some peace and quiet away from all the noise. Going during low season was a good move as it wasn't as crowded as it probably is during peak season but the weather was still wonderful. The staff is very polite and attentive. Always ready to jump in and help however they can. The Coconut rum drink at the "by the sea restaurant" was my addiction!!! Soooo good. "
