There is no thermostat on the heater so I had to get up several times to adjust the temperature. The room was clean. Excellent value for the price.

The property is in need of an update but the most important thing was that it is clean. The lady on reception was welcoming and friendly - she seemed to do pretty much everything around the property. A very good stay, thank you.

It is a hidden gem of motel. Our hikes was at Stanley and stay at Stanley was 350 per night . This place was only 100. Dining options was great around . Room was clean and beds comfortable. Lisa at front desk was sweetest and friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

It appears that they took over an hotel from the 70's that needed a lot of work. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets.

No one ever came to check us in, despite multiple phone calls & ringing the bell at the front desk. The hotel we ended up at said that happens daily with Northgate Inn. Save yourself the frustration & stay at The Village Inn!

A new manager had just taken over and was just getting oriented so things were proceeding slowly. I'm certain things will improve.

Try checking g in at 8pm. They sent us to a room with no number on it. Door wa hard to open and room smelled like smoke. When back ask for a non smocking room that we booked. Made us wait another 15 minutes so they could clean a room. Most of the doors were open with rooms that had not been clean. Don’t go there !

The new property owner walked into a hell of a situation felt sorry for her, the TVs didn't work cuss they didn't pay the bill air conditioner s were filthy as heck exhaust fans didn't work. Air conditioner did not work.

We waited 30 minutes for staff to show up, only to be told there were no clean rooms. We looked around for assistance and saw the kitchen area full of dirty dishes. We cancelled along with another family with the same problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
