"No cot despite paying for one. Didn’t answer the phone when phoning from the room. Very frustrating with a baby being put to sleep on an evening after checking in. "

I would say that the staff should be checking that out along with cleaning. All and all we had a great stay. The tub should have the bath mat already in place as it can be very slippery.
