"Overpromise and under deliver. The management has no concept of customer service. We reached hotel at 8.00 p.m. and got a room at 11.30 p.m. and that too a room below expectation. Expedia should check hotel before putting it on their website. "

"The stay was really great. The staff was super helpful. We were travelling with a baby and they were understanding and accommodating to all our requests! The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. "
