"Stunning Boutique Hotel- Deborah and the rest of the staff were warm, super helpful, and very attentive to every need. 20/10 - this is a jewel in Zermatt with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Our room was outfitted with a sauna, modern furnishings and a bath tub looking out to nature’s gifts! The restaurant and the in house dining was also delectable! Chefs kiss!!! I want to keep it a secret but also have to let you know its top tier! We wil definitely be back! "

"It was perfect, I felt comfortable and relaxed like at home. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area has a beautiful view to the Matterhorn. There is also a sauna and a steam sauna available, which is nice to use, especially in this cold weather. Also the room and the hotel were very clean. The only thing that I missed was a kettle in the room for coffee and tea."

"We stayed for 3 nights and had a room with a matterhorn view and we were able to enjoy the view each morning and evening from the balcony. The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage areas. The staff were helpful in guiding us towards different routes and excursions. The pool/jacuzzi is small but a nice way to relax after a long day out on the mountains. The breakfast was sufficient but they do not offer any evening meal for this you need to walk into the center, but this is only 5 mins away...
