"The room was good and clean, everything worked. However, we were put on the top floor- they keep the floodlights outside on all night- the curtains don’t keep this light out. We complained many times but they would not turn the lights out. If you book here, stay a couple of floors down otherwise you’ll get a floodlit room. Top floor? Reject it Immediately. Staff didn’t turn lights out and they are only to light up the side of the building. A very annoying stay :( "

"It was a ok stay and glad I took up the option of having excuitive room as even the bed was big and room size also big,the bathroom was not and the shower very lukewarm,it did not provide a hairdryer and at reception did not also,there was no bar at the hotel and the breakfast was truly asful"

"The hotel property was very attractive and the pool was beautiful, the king size was hard as a rock and the rooms were a little dated and tired, some mold/mildew in the tubs. We were there for the annual monkey festival (last weekend in Nov) and by far the best way to get there is by baht bus on the main road (7 baht) rather than the 200 or more they want for private cab. There are no taxis like in bangkok or tuk tuks. Beware the baht busses don't run in the evening."
