"I got what I paid for. But the question remains: Are guests entitled to a clean room? ABSOLUTELY! Your property can be in poor condition but the minimum is that it has to be clean. The floors have not been swept in ages, the toilet is not set correctly and is wobbly, the freezer needs defrosting, bedsheet had hair ( which meant that it was not changed), pillowcases lacked fresh scent, the ac unit as well as all the lamps were dusty. It felt like a health hazard. We left quickly the next am, I slept with my coat and socks on and laid still all night with my hands in my pocket…OH btw, no breakfast but it’s probably a blessing. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! "

"the whole hotel need to be remodel,i had to go to walmart and buy me a blankets and towels,i was scare to lay down on the comfortable because it had spots all over the comfortable,it was only one night stay,never again"

"Room type we reserved was unavailable as it had not been cleaned. Was 'upgraded' to a king suite which had a sofa bed which mechanically broken and was unusable as either a sofa or bed. Mattress was stained. TV did not have any programming, displayed message 'not connected to network'. Water barely hot enough for comfortable shower. Had to sign up for 'free' WiFi. In-room refrigerator badly needed a defrost. Ceiling stains in room and common areas."

"Don’t ever stay there. People in the room next to us never went to bed. All night long could hear them using the 4 letter word. Night person did nothing called him twice. He got yelled at and "

"yes, the staff was courteous. The room was good but no channels on the tv to see, bathtub wasn’t clean enough. One main thing, when i booked the hotel it was at another location. They explained that it’s changing names!!"
