Stay here!

What a uniquely charming little place. The staff are always friendly & we loved the courtyard with stairs going every which way & balconies a plenty. I guess it’s deserving of its name. The rooms were cozy & secure, loved the sliding windows overlooking the courtyard, the showers were hot, beds really comfy, & wifi super fast. Two small example of the attentiveness of the staff: they always seemed to know when we were out, which was different times each day, & took that opportunity to clean our room. And they’d leave a small chocolate candy on the freshly made beds for each of us. Another one is the night before we had to leave I’d asked if it were possible to reserve a taxi here in Chachapoyas. The staff member assured me he’d take care of it & the next morning at 9AM we had a knock on our suite door- it was our taxi driver. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & would 100% recommend La Casa de los Balcones to anyone spending time in Chacha.

Con respecto al desayuno deberían dar opción de atender a los q se van temprano de tours , antes de las 7 am, por lo menos unos 15 minutos antes, como excepción.

Hôtel très bien et très acceuillant

Séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel accueillant et à un bloc de la Plaza de armas. La chambre était prête dès notre arrivée très tôt le matin, et nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner à notre arrivée (payant). Une bonne douche bien chaude et un petit déjeuner après une nuit de bus, c'est parfait ! L'hôtel fait la réservation des tours avec un bon organisme local, tourismo explorer. Le petit déjeuner inclus est bon avec plusieurs choix possibles. La chambre est confortable, un petit bémol pour le drap du dessus qui est trop étroit. En résumé un bel endroit que je recommande !

nice hotel in nice location

Hotel is really nice and area also, staff was very friendly, very good location, lift, clean but our room was dark in front of lift - was noisy, small, on pictures were fridge and nicier rooms, we ordered breacfast box but wasn't preaper.
