"Amazing hotel. The rooms were huge and the hot tub with the volcano view is breathtaking. The staff was top notch. Very peaceful hotel and restaurant, pool, and hot spring were clean and relaxing. Only thing I can say negative was if you're on the first floor you can hear the above floor. Would stay here again. "

"This was the most beautiful, most relaxing, and friendliest place ever. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Upon checking in, the staff had drinks and towels for us. They showed us to our room and explained how organic and eco friendly everything was. Our room was private with a patio that had a hammock. The pools were clean and relaxing. Not crowded. The food was delicious, they were constantly feeding us. It rained during our trip but it was still so relaxing and we were still able to squeeze in a lot. We did horse back riding, hiked the property on our own, swam. Everything was clean. The staff were so kind and always made sure we were taken care of. I would come back again for a longer stay! "

"I’ve been coming for about almost 30 years to this hotel. Some rooms are great (upper hill located), but some near the entrance are less sound/noise proof. So you can hear everything other guests are speaking next doors. Even the water running! For the rest, the spring water temperature is great, you can choose from cold and hot. Breakfast service is great!"

"We had a room with a jacuzzi and it was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was also likewise. The grounds were very well kept and tropical. I wouldn’t mind staying there again. The available parking was a bit skimpy but that’s my only negative comment about the hotel. "

"We stayed in the villa with the private pool and it was amazing. The staff was so attentive and kind. Truly went above and beyond. The hot spring pools feel secluded and are beautiful. We saw so much wildlife including a sloth. I would definitely stay there again!"
