"We appreciated the included breakfast for each day of our stay! There just really aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby and the area isn’t very lively. The wifi was good in the lower levels but we had horrible connection on the 6th floor - my husband works remote so that posed some issues. Overall it is a good, basic hotel for the cost and we had a comfortable stay!"

"Lovely hotel, and very nice inside. They upgraded us for free to a big room and the room was great, powerful shower and comfiest bed. Welcome drink on arrival and parking outside. Only downside is you can’t get your room until 4pm which is quite late. You can check in earlier but not actually get your room"

"On first sight, very impressive. Staff were welcoming and location was great. Pool was very small and did not even attempt to use - usually an early swimmer and did not open until quite late anyway. Was disappointed with vegetation menu choices - believe there was some confusion with vegan and vegetarian. No vegetation option for cooked breakfast even though I was told I could request. Also disappointing vegetarian Afternoon Tea experience - I did message my concerns but never received an acknowledgment. However, it was a very pleasant experience overall."

"This hotel had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was beautifully decorated with items from Bali. The buffet breakfast was fabulous! We have been traveling for a few weeks in Spain and this was one of our favorite hotels."

"Beautiful room and very quiet - soundproofing was excellent being in a busy area. Loved having in suite laundry though combo washer/dryer does take awhile to dry. Parking was really neat! Only minor complaint is too many messages on Expedia. Had constant notifications, including one follow up on a message that didn't seem to require a response. Payment links for parking and tax was nice and easy."

"The room was fine but there was no fridge in the room, the pool was already closed and the bathroom was poorly designed. You needed to squeeze past the toilet to get into the shower and there was no door on the shower and the water gets out onto the floor."
