"Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans votre Ă©tablissement en grande partie pour pouvoir profiter du couloir de nage. Or, Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons constatĂ© avec surprise et dĂ©ception que le couloir de nage Ă©tait complĂštement vide et inaccessible. À aucun moment lors de la rĂ©servation il n’était indiquĂ© que celui-ci serait fermĂ©. Nous comprenons que des travaux ou fermetures puissent ĂȘtre nĂ©cessaires, mais l’absence d’information prĂ©alable est particuliĂšrement regrettable, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit d’un Ă©quipement important dans le choix d’un hĂŽtel. Dommage car l’originalitĂ© de l’hĂŽtel et le reste des installations Ă©taient sinon conformes Ă  nos attentes."
