While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. The wifi is the worst I've experienced at a hotel, not only could not I not do any work, but I barely could...
"Secure parking a block down the street. Staff was super helpful and fantastic. Very close to metro easy walking distance to center. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. "

The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. "Very spacious room, extremely quiet considering the city centre location. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and it was a great price, I couldn't ask for more! It was 20 mins drive from the airport and such a fantastic location for exploring Toulouse. "
