Tam bir hayal kırıklığı
Rezervasyonumuzu hotels.com üzerinden yaptıktan sonra site soleyden Mustafa bey bizi aradı ve rezervasyon yaptığımız tarihler arasında 2 gece için otelin(evin) müsait olmadığını, rezerve edildiğini söyledi ve rezervasyonumuzu iptal etmemiz gerektiğini bu konuyla ilgili hotels.com ile iletişime geçeceğini bildirdi ancak hiçbirşey yapmadı. Ertesi gün ben hotels.com u aradım 1.5 saat yabancı bir ülke ile telefondan görüştüm ve sonunda bizi eleven suitesi diye başka bir yere aldılar. Site soleyde kiraladığımız ev iki katlı teraslı bir evdi ancak eleven suites 2+1 normal bir evdi ve balkonu küçücüktü. Hotels.com da telefonda görüştüğüm kişi bana barbekü yapabileceğimizi söylemişti eleven suites'te ancak otel görevlisine sorduğumda bizim adımıza nasıl böyle bişey söylerler dedi ve nitekim müsade etmediler. Çeşmede mangal yapacak yer aramak zorunda kaldık tırım tırım. Eleven suitesde mutfak malzemeleri çok az yetersiz ve çok eski, teflon tavaların içi çizik dolu. Neyse bi tane teflon tava rica ettik aldılar ama yemek yapmak eziyet oldu tek tava ile. Neticede özetle şunu söyliyim tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu hotels.com üzerinden yaptığımız bu rezervasyon. bir daha kullanmayı düşünmüyorum kimseye de tavsiye etmiyorum. Rezervasyon yaptığınız yerin sizi arayıp dolu rezervasyonunuzu iptal edin demesi inanılır gibi değil. Hotels.com mağdur etmemek için alternatif otel buldu ancak o da beklentimizi karşılamadı. Tatil herkes için önemli. müşterilerinize böyle bişey yaşatmamalısınız.
