"The Palace Hotel, Cervia is an excellent hotel of its kind in Cervia with excellent premises. and mainly excellent and pleasant frontline staff, except perhaps one. The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it. "Loved the quality of the venue. It was near shops and cafes. Beach clubs close by. I stayed for a week to attend a conference. Beautiful atmosphere. Everyone was helpful. Loved the breakfasts and how I was treated like a family friend not a guest. Definitely a great place to stay"

"Le Palme is a little tired. Bathrooms are functional but in need of an update. They had small/old jacuzzi/body jet shower, but that left almost no room for the toilet. I'm only 6'3" but couldn't sit straight on the toilet. The hotel has plenty of facilities, but beware that you'll have to pay for almost all of them. Parking €20 a night, Spa €10 a visit, Sun Loungers €40 per couple, Dinner €45 per person, set menu. Small bottle of still water €2.50 - there are none provided in the room. Neither...
