"I wrote many messages trying to fix the booking date. No response and they just charged me even though I notified the booking date had the wrong month. "

"The Ambassador Hotel in Florence was situated. Conveniently 2 mins from Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff were friendly and the hotel was pleasant. I had a single room which was small but adequate. The staff were friendly, and I really liked the girl who worked in the bar. Her name was Victoria."

"The total’s location is extremely convenient. The rooms was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was plentiful; the only downside was that the elevator was a bit small."

"This was our second stay at Maria Novella and we love it there but while we were there there was a soccer game in town, Florence against a team from London. We had a suite overlooking the piazza and for two nights until about midnight the fans from the London team were at the bar two floors down yelling and doing their soccer chants, for hours!! I have never experienced anything like that, there were many police in the area but they didn’t shut them down. Of course we complained along with others but the hotel really couldn’t do anything. I’m not trashing the hotel but you better hope there isn’t a match scheduled while you’re there. The manager actually gave us a bottle of wine and some biscotti, very nice thing to do. Again, the hotel is wonderful."
