"Great location across from the train station and easily walkable to the Duomo, restaurants, cafe’s, shopping, etc. I have stayed here three or four times and the staff are wonderful and I see the same staff year after year which says a lot. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed and includes Prosecco because when in Italy you must start your day with Prosecco! And end your day on the hotel’s Rooftop Bar! One thing, the hotel and rooms have character and are beautiful but not spacious so if you have mobility issues, you may need a more modern hotel with more open space but if you don’t mind a few steps and smaller space, don’t miss the Baglioni experience!"

"Éste Hotel es una excelente opción. Su ubicación es muy estratégica para todo en especial porque queda cerca de la terminal y es muy seguro que para caminar a toda hora. Ofrece un desayuno muy variado. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, su colchón excelente y las almohadas también. Tiene baño privado. El Hotel es bastante grande, muy divertido. Tiene muchas amenidades y volvería sin dudarlo."

"This was my favorite stay during a two week trip to Italy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived through checkout. Though the room was small, it was comfortable and the aesthetic was nice. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty, the terrace was lovely for just relaxing or having an aperitif. I highly recommend this hotel."
