"The hotel has a beautiful view to lake Titicaca with Llamas roaming around and many relaxing sitting areas. The triple room we stayed was very specious and clean, with good mattress and bedding. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great. A big shout out to the quiet and kind waiter Benedicto who found out it was my daughter's birthday and brought a cake with candles and brought the staff to sing happy birthday and totally surprised us!"
