"I want to start with the positive. The bedroom had 2 queen size beds and was beautiful, however the floor was dirty full of dust. The hotel manager was awful and told us that they could not locate our reservation, then wanted to charge us more for the room,they never had breakfast for the entire time of our stay, on day 1 we did not have hot water but on day 2 we did, on day 3 we did not have hot water, the hotel was filthy full of trash and they even had a dirty mattress by the pool. Its not allowing me to add a picture because I have proof of everything. They did not want to provide us for an iron either. I was not sble to sleep well because of the noises at nigh. We could hear like it was next to us these long loud dog fights. Also be prepared that if you choose the option to pay there that the credit card machine would not process. She kept saying it couldn't read it!! I called my credit card and nothing was put through. I ended up having to pay cash, so I had no spending money for the rest of the trip since Pachacamac is a very small town. I hope this review makes you think twice about staying there!! "We ask to change rooms due the proximity and noise from the road even we where on the top floor. We were offered a different room at the the rear on a mid floor and the room was clean, modern if a little small but had everything you need. Bed was comfortable Staff were friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent was plenty of choice. The restaurant food was delicious also has enough options at reasonable prices for Peru. Great value for money. Would happily stay again "
