"It was a great place to stay, was well connected to transit, the owners were very friendly and helpful, took good care of us and provided a lot of info, would definitely stay here the next time I am in Madrid, highly recommend."
"The reception and lady at the front desk was an absolute beauty. The place was clean and peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. The location is a bit far away from the city center, and transportation might be difficult without a car. "
"Reservo y pago a través de Hoteles.com y me llaman de este hotel para decirme que no tienen habitaciones porque ellos no trabajan con Hoteles.com, que reclame a ellos los 44,99 euros pagados, los cuales me dicen que recibiré ese dinero en mi cuenta en un plazo de 72 horas equivalente a 3 días, pues bien desde el viernes ya han pasado 5 días y aún no me han devuelto el dinero pagado por un hotel que no he usado

"Honestly we had a great time there, very clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, the very small detail for us room was a bit small but we appreciate all your efforts to make our experience the best "
"I’m an art historian that studies Dutch art, so it was very important for me to be close by to both the Reina Sofia and the Prado- this hotel was literally perfect! Of course it’s great to be close to both museums, but it’s also close to all of the transit I needed to access. Rooms are cute and clean, laundry works great, and the restaurant was wonderful as well. I strongly recommend the patatas bravas and the cheesecake! "
"Comfortable and clean room with nice selection of toiletries. All these, with buffet breakfast included!
Definitely recommend this place to stay!
Thanks RIU…. Till next time…."
