"Room was clean, staff (other than front desk) were friendly and helpful. WiFi was slow and cable tv wasn’t the greatest selection of channels but we weren’t there to watch tv. The breakfast was the best “continental” breakfast I’ve ever had as there is a kitchen and while the menu was limited, the food was fantastic as well as the coffee. Sadly on our trip there was road construction going on day and night for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. I spoke to the Supt. of the road crew who apologized and told me the city had notified the hotel well in advance however the hotel did not tell us about it and while we checked out they apologized that we were unable to sleep well, they didn’t offer any other consolation. Also I have reached silver status this year and the app told me to mention this at check in and get a perk from the hotel. When I did I was scoffed at. Totally embarrassing moment for me. The rest of the staff was helpful and friendly and we loved the charm of this place. "
"Amazing staff! We stayed 7 nights, and we traveled with someone in a wheelchair. The staff/property made sure that we had a room that was accommodating for our special need person. We loved that the property uses text messages for any things we needed for our room or our stay. They responded quickly it made it so much easier to enjoy our trip. The only thing we didnt like was that the room was a bit outdated and the carpet had an odor. But even with that the bed was comfortable and the sheets were always clean. We would definitely stay here again. All we can say is THANK YOU to the entire staff for making out stay easy and fun. Sincerely, Monk family."
"The Hotel is older but appears to be well maintained, my wife and I had a room with a fireplace and a balcony, we loved it it was quite charming and rustic. The hotel is in a great location, just a short easy walk from everything in the "old town" (shops, restaurants, attractions). Kenneth was the desk agent on duty most of the evening we were there and He was a great help with recommendations for dinner and entertainment. "
"Spacious rooms with patios. Decorative fireplace. Great location. Older bath fixtures, could use updating, but fit the decor. Friendly staff, nice pool area and on site shops and services. Very nice to have complimentary coffee coupons for onsite cafe.
Will definitely book again. "
