Cerreto Guidi Trips (flight + hotel)

You will be in the middle of everything, super walkable, but quiet at the same time. I stayed in the small single bedroom and I appreciate having such options for solo travellers.

The staff at the front desk was outstanding, especially Stephanie! They very friendly, professional and went "above and beyond" to help us with a reservation problem we had.

We absolutely loved our stay at Helvetia & Bristol! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome—and our dog was treated like royalty. He got just as much attention (if not more!) than we did. It’s rare to find a place that’s this elegant and still so down-to-earth and dog-friendly. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The hotel is fairly new. I likes the locarion (roght near the Central bridge ). Ataff was friendly and had good recommendations. Only draw backs were there are at least a d9zen switches in every room. There were 6 to just control the 2 windows in our room (3 apiece) and we nevwr could figure out how to turn off the lights in the qindows. The gym litwrally is three machines (treadmill, stair climbwr and bike). Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and staff! Location is great and close to the train station - 5 minute walk. The daily breakfast menu + buffet that is included within your day was one of the best I've ever had. The cappuccino included with breakfast was also exceptional. We also had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant Osmo Cucina and it was excellent - we did the Chef 5 course meal. The food and service, was Michelin Star worthy and the Chef Marco even came out at the end to talk to us and ensure we enjoyed the meal. Without a doubt, on our next visit to Florence, we will stay again at the Floren Hotel.
