"I felt extremely unsafe during my stay, not because of the neighborhood but because of the hotel staff—especially Raul. From the moment we checked in, the experience was unsettling. Check‑in took over 45 minutes, during which he repeatedly stopped helping us to assist others. He also told us the hotel “strongly recommends” guests turn in their room keys every time they leave, citing a story that didn’t make sense and only made us more uncomfortable. My friend, who lives in Paris, wasn’t allowed upstairs with me to get ready for dinner, even though she wasn’t staying overnight. Breakfast was also concerning—someone was coughing heavily while preparing food, so we avoided it entirely. There were signs stating that staff enter rooms daily “for safety,” even though housekeeping only comes every four days. This policy alone felt invasive, but it became worse when Raul ignored our Do Not Disturb sign. After we reported that someone above us had been smoking (only so we wouldn’t be charged), he insisted multiple times on changing our sheets and towels even though we declined. Later, my parents saw him entering our room with the DND sign displayed. He told them he had the authority to override it. This was alarming. We had already told him the smoke smell was gone. If one of us had been showering or alone in the room, the situation could have been even more distressing. I never felt safe sleeping or showering here, and it was entirely due to the staff’s behavior—particularly Raul’"

"Staff at this hotel were incredible! They made a birthday surprise for my partner and made sure we had the best views of the Eiffel Tower. Overall very happy with their service and will definitely be staying here again."

"The hotel was lovely and very clean throughout our stay. The family room was a great size for two adults and two teenagers, with plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was superb with an excellent variety of choices each morning. The location was also fantastic — the metro station was only a five-minute walk away and just five stops from the Eiffel Tower, making it perfect for exploring Paris. I really wish I could give our stay five stars, however unfortunately the hotel’s air conditioning struggled to cope with the high temperatures during our visit. We were told it would come on between 11pm and midnight, but sadly it never worked in our room at all. The hotel did provide us with a fan and kindly waived our parking charges as compensation, which we appreciated. However, with temperatures reaching 34°C during the day and still around 25°C at midnight, it made sleeping comfortably very difficult."

"shower was tiny corner triangle barely any room . Booked for 3 adults. No cleaning over the 3 days we stayed. Only hand towel sizes provided. Room was cleaned well on check in and the staff were all very nice . We enjoyed our stay as most of the day we were out. Very comfortable beds ."

"The air conditioning was broken during our stay in OKKO. There was no technician to fix & our room was hot, uncomfortable to sleep. The manager promised that it'll be fixed the next day and it wasn't. The guests had a meeting with the manager , Gullame Bazenet, complaining about the AC not working & offered to solution at that moment. There were fans offered but not enough for all the guests. The hotel was nice & location was good. MY family & i were there for a wedding. Not having the AC made our stay at OKKO not so good. I hope that the AC is fixed by now. FYI, we traveled all the way from USA."
