"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "I travel, not for the places to stay, but for the people I meet. This accommodation provided both John the host and his son Andre, their mother. Maria were exceptional. The food was homemade and superb, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the surroundings were tranquil. I could not recommend it more."

"We found La Maison extremely convenient midway between Bari airport and our cruise port in Taranto. It is a family establishment, very clean and safe. We used the pickup and drop off car, the service was impeccable too! They recommended a resturant for our next night stay that was not only close walking but delicious. Highly recommend. Grazi!!!"
