On the first impression a nice Hostal. But when you take a closer look, yuck!
There is mold in the bathroom, there were insects in the shower, the linens and the towels had stains on them.
There was a mosquito net over the bed with a big hole in it.
The bed is too short if you are taller than 5'9.
You can't open the blinds of the windows, because they are coated with paint.
But the worst of all were the employees/owners!
When we arrived with their pre-arranged shuttle they all but yelled at us because we thought the expression "We added the picking up service in the airport to your original reservation...You will be met by our representative at the airport´s lobby" meant we would pay the hotel for the shuttle and not the driver.
The breakfast buffet is not a buffet at all. When you arrive 30minutes before the end of breakfast time the cook starts to prepare something very annoyed of your late arrival. You don't know what you're getting until he puts a plate in front of you. When we told one of the staff that my wife is vegan and wouldn't want breakfast if she can't pick what she'll get the owner appeared. We have never been treated worse by someone working in tourism!
