"I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. After making the booking, I read some negative reviews so I was honestly panicking and bracing myself - but I’m happy I was wrong. The luxury room was incredibly spacious including the bathroom while common touch point areas were clean/dusted. I’m happy to recommend a stay here especially for the price point. The hosts (and cleaners the next day) were all lovely and accommodated a late check in/out. I typically don’t write reviews but am happy to share my experience on this one as I would hate for someone to bypass this stay because of some harsh reviews. Thanks so much Michael and Bonnie! :)"

"Amazing staff and service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was a little outdated: no bathroom fan, no thermostat. If you want to adjust the temperature or the fan speed: you need to contact the lobby each time. Not very convenient. Amazing facilities wirh pool, play ground for kids, chess boards, etc. We enjoyed live music at night and had an amazing breakfast in the morning. Overall very satistied and planning to be back!"

"This Hillside was absolutely fabulous. The home and our room (we had the Rutherford) was exceptional and provided comfort and modern amenities blended with historic furnishings and Victorian charm. Jen, our host, was awesome as she was so friendly and attentive to our needs making us feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was great! We will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!"
