"I visited from the UK and on the website it didn’t say a lot about the shared toilets so when I got there I didn’t realise that I had booked one without a toilet. The toilets weren’t clean regularly. They also don’t provide you with towels. There is a lots of men that stay there so as a woman it is hard and at times does not feel safe to use the toilet/ bathroom but the staff were really pleasant and helpful and the room was not a terrible stay."

"No hair conditioner for the day 1 and asked for it and never came. One light off and power outlet doesn’t work. The staff just pretended to do his job but didn’t. Other Novotels is good but not for the Enry one. "

"The location is excellent for personal security , but this hotel lacks basic for an hotel. No phones in the rooms, no refrigerators, no vending machines for drinking water, or basics, no convenient stores around."

"Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful, however, it’s was in a very sketchy area… my wife and I had already checked in and when the code to our room didn’t work, we looked online and booked a room at a different hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. While waiting for the Uber, we had a man stop us and ask for money, inside the gate of the GATED hotel property… never saw our room but the lobby was clean. "

"Hotel is run down. Lots of poorly finished poorly painted areas. Buttons on lifts seem to only work sometimes."

"Ok hotel to stop off overnight when travelling past. Room not that clean and very hot as we were on the top floor. Staff were weird when we didn’t speak French. And the surrounding area is not great. But bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Free parking is a bonus."

"This place was pretty quiet.. very nice ppl.. older guy at night when we checked in was nice but the young 2 guys Ellien and Pia (sorry if I dunno how to spell their names) both were very nice.. "
