"Location is within easy reach to metro station. Room is clean and well maintained. Kitchen was equipped with essentials. The Nespresso machine was a plus to have coffee in the room, the capsule was replenished daily by housekeeping. Overall a good stay."

"We booked a room with Eiffel Tower View, I paid extra for it, mind you it's our 10 year anniversary which only happens once in a lifetime, when we got there got told in a rudely manner that the room is unavailable and we have to stay in a room with two single beds and no Eiffel Tower View(which I paid for and booked ahead of time) as that is the only one room available in the entire hotel(basically go elsewhere or stay in that room). 9 times out of 10 staff were rude and unwelcoming. Will not come back definitely"

"Clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. The location is excellent, making it easy to commute to major attractions across Paris. Lots of shopping areas in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast was good overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement—particularly in terms of layout and variety of options."

"La stanza era pulita ma dagli spazi molto ridotti, il letto a ponte per la terza persona non era stato preparato all’arrivo né rifatto nei giorni dopo, non c’è un armadio né comodini, né posto dove mettere una valigia, non ci si riesce a miovere. Il gabinetto è tipo camper, la doccia non male il lavandino in camera in parte ai letti. "

"The hotel was extremely busy, but really could do with some deeper cleaning. In our room, the sink wouldn't drain of water for ages, assuming blocked with multiple visitors toothpaste spit! There was a clump of someone's hair on the floor, and generally dust and some hair found in the toilet and shower area. We ended up buying a pack of disinfectant wipes and cleaned the room ourselves! The corridors smelled of sweat and the carpets were filthy. One of the lifts was out of order so it was a lot quicker to use the stairs for the amount of visitors trying to use the other 2 lifts On the plus side, there were vending machines with ample choices of snacks and drinks and coffee. We didn't use the breakfast facilities so can't comment on them. For the price, we expected budget, but cleanliness should still be a priority. "
