"The facility and staff are excellent.There is staff constantly cleaning and doing repairs to the property,building and rooms.The rooms are very clean and condiments like coffee packets are always restocked.The pass key system is a great idea for security and safety."

"The nice man who choked me in also signed me up for their rewards program. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The French Toast took the gold on that. Everyone was polite and very upbeat and happy. It's so nice to see this...especially these days. I will be back. "

" I didnt love the breakfast options on the weekend. They dont make bacon and by sunday it was the same things. I cant eat dairy so lots of options were cut out for me. I tried the sausages but they just werent the greatest imo. I prefer bacon. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We switched hotels last minute and were glad we did. Emma our breakfast lady during the week was a gem to chat with. The front end staff were incredible, very friendly despite all the negative reviews about them. We spent 4 days there and not once was a staff member rude. The rooms smell and look clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again any day!!"

"Hampton Inn & Suites was a great choice to stay in Grand Prairie. The hotel is clean, nice and affordable. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The pool area is great, especially when you have kids. The continental breakfast is fresh and delicious as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
