Centralia - Chehalis hotel rooms a the Red Lion

"Appreciated the spaciousness, cleanliness & layout of the guestroom. Was not a fan of the lightweight, and somewhat scratchy, blankets. Not sure if activity at the nearby gun range is normal but at least it stopped by 10:30 p.m. In the attached casino, the pizza restaurant staff were terrific!"

"Our room looked like it was in the process of being renovated but wasn’t finished. Paint on the old carpet, no baseboards, the shower head looked like it had been jammed into the wall with putty around it. Overall very poor condition. I would not stay here again."

"The room was smelly (mold and maybe other things), the curtains were hanging off the rod, the overall condition of the building was really shocking (run down, quite dirty, and the stairs up to the second floor were quite rickety). There was a woman yelling at the front desk manager about another guest that was banging on her wall the night before, but SHE herself was disturbing the peace and her children were running everywhere (including the parking lot) screaming and shrieking. We walked into our room, realized the smell alone would be a big issue, saw the dangling curtains, the shabby bedding, heard the lady screaming below us, and just turned around and left, and checked into another hotel. The front desk manager was friendly and efficient. He also remained calm and professional when dealing with the unpleasant, yelling woman. He was the only good thing about the place. But yeah, it was a 1 out of 10 overall. Perhaps the worst motel we have ever seen. Sorry."
