"Durante minha estadia neste fim de semana, tive uma experiência geral positiva com o hotel, especialmente em relação ao ambiente e à localização. No entanto, alguns pontos importantes deixaram a desejar no serviço. Ao chegar, não havia sabonete disponível nem para as mãos nem para o corpo, e mesmo após solicitar, não houve reposição a toalha depois de tirar a que tinha, o que acabou sendo inconveniente durante a estadia. Outro ponto que considerei desagradável foi o fato de terem ficado com o nosso cartão do hotel e não o devolverem. Também enfrentamos dificuldades para entrar em contato com a recepção, já que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Entendo que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas esses itens básicos não deveriam faltar, especialmente quando solicitados. Não se trata de um favor, mas de um padrão esperado de serviço."

"Here’s a professional but clearly negative review you could use: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future. "

We truly felt safe and at home the entire time - which is priceless when traveling. Highlights: 1. Service: World-class. Every staff member anticipated our needs before we even asked. 2. Safety & Care: A special shoutout to Tatiana, our hotel taxi driver. She was an absolute angel - incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety. She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her! 3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back."
