"The staff was very helpful and kind. The property itself is pretty rundown and in need of updates but kept very clean. The breakfast area was insanely crowded on the weekend. Pool was packed full of people up until closing time. Overall the facilities were good but the crowding made our stay just okay."

"People don't come here for the nice motel rooms. They come here for the complementary access to many things: the large inflatable water park, the zoo, the other motel facilities owned by Natura. And of course close proximity to everything else that the Dells has to offer. It's not Mt. Olympus, but we had a fun time without all the crowds."
