"My issue with the room I booked was promptly resolved and I was kindly given a wonderful room in my stay. The room was outstanding and I really appreciate how even though I arrived outside reception hours, I was greeted by a staff member within 5 min and my problem was resolved with no questions asked. "We loved the the oversize rooms and clean spacious bathrooms. The bed and linens were lovely and the staff attentive. The internet and so Netflix was all over the shop, (it kept dropping out), we will blame that on the weather. LOved that we could open the windows and the room had a ceiling fan; we didn't use the A/C at all."
