"Absolutely disgusting experience. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is allowed to operate like this.
Our FIRST room had hairs in the shower, dirty floors, and clearly had not been cleaned properly before check-in. We reported it and were told housekeeping would take care of it while we were out. Cool. We come back, and my fiancé pulls the sheets back a little only to find what looked like a PERIOD STAIN on the bed. Completely revolting.
After complaining AGAIN, we were moved to a second room. Somehow, it was barely better. The bathroom still looked dirty, the entire room smelled moldy, and throughout our stay we saw MULTIPLE bugs crawling around the room.
And somehow it still gets worse. We tried to at least enjoy the pool, only to find dead bugs floating in it, so that was ruined too. At that point, it honestly felt like cleanliness just does not exist at this hotel.
What’s even crazier is the lack of accountability. No real urgency, no meaningful compensation, and barely an apology for the fact that we were expected to stay in these conditions.
This was supposed to be a relaxing stay while house hunting and instead it turned into one of the nastiest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Dirty rooms, stained sheets, moldy smells, bugs in the rooms, dead bugs in the pool, and horrible quality control all around.
