"We graciously requested a change to a one-bedroom condo with a kitchen, and the process unfolded seamlessly. We deeply appreciated the kettle for heating water on the stove, enabling us to uphold our cherished tradition of drinking mate. The condo was equipped with extra pillows, and we were thrilled to find the resort is dog-friendly. Our time spent enjoying the swimming pool and the impeccably clean locker rooms added to our wonderful experience. Thank you for attending to our needs. We eagerly anticipate our return next year."

"This hotel is right across all the establishments yoi need like grocery, shopping etc. it is 20mins away from Leavenworth and it is not so crowded at all. I love my stay. They offer continental buffet breakfast which made the stay even better. "

"We loved our room. Staff was friendly. Nice and quiet area. It was a little bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area, but they have nice pathways to your cabin. The distance really added to the feel that you were in a cozy mountain area. No snow in town, but we had snow here just a little ways up from town!"

"Rooms were clean, the front staff were great and very helpful! We did use the hot tubs, one inside and the one outside. The pool was good! Breakfast was good--the area was clean, the staff stayed on top of the food and making sure the tables etc were cleaned and food kept full"
