"I was greeted warmly by the staff from the valet parking attendant to the front desk staff. The room was clean, comfortable and overall nice."

"There was no one initially at the desk when we got there, had to wait about 10 minutes. The person had left the premises with no one for back up. When we got to the room - the Television didn't work, the bathroom door worked but was basically broken, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the place just seemed to be....old. Bed was comfy though."
