There was a problem with the bathtub faucet and the young man at the desk sent the maintenance person up right away. In less than 15 minutes he had the problem resolved. Everyone was very friendly. Would stay again."

"The hotel was great, the pool and hot tub were great, lots of space in the room and included a whole kitchen with dishes and all, plus so close to the lake, literally a 5 minute walk. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. Will stay again. The only thing I disliked was that it was valet only so it was a bit of a wait for our vehicle. "
