Central Valley hotel rooms a the Vail Resorts

"The jacuzzi was not working and the staff didn’t know how to turn it on! "

"The property is beautiful, the food was very good and the staff were all great. The only criticism is that they need a bigger (or more) dining facilities. If you stay, here, be sure to make dinner reservations for the whole stay when you arrive. On our last night, we had to get "takeout" from the dining room because there was no availability. And the nearest restaurant is about 20 miles away down a very windy mountain road. "

".Upon arrival, the front desk informed me my reservation did not appear in their system, despite my having a confirmed Expedia booking, which I had to show them. The situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally since they made it seems like this was my problem and I was treated very unfairly and overbearing. the bed in the room was extremely worn out and uncomfortable, to the point of feeling unstable like a trampoline. My wife and i could not sleep. I also requested a rolling bed or cottage, which was not provided. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights , we only stayed one night and left, I preferred loosing the money of the additional night that staying there. The condition of the hotel does not deserve a paid stay "

"The staff was extremely friendly & knowledgeable & the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The choice of TV channels was disappointing & you had to go to the office to get ice. All in all a Good Experience."

"For the price it was a good stay. Walking distance from many shops and restaurants and the lake. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again. "
