"Everything was good , tv remote was not working it was broken. Also, their coffee maker was dirty."

"We enjoyed our stay. Pros: right next to all of the entertainment, parking garage, free breakfast that was actually really good, friendly staff, mini fridge in room, spacious room, nice shower, comfortable bed (except pillows-explained below). Cons: Very small & crowded lobby. The bathroom door is a sliding door and was pretty loud when opening and closing-it’s also frosted glass so if someone turns the bathroom light on in the middle of the night the whole hotel room does light up. I would advise bringing your own pillow if you can. The ones they have sink and become very flat during your sleep. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Great location and there is parking close by in a garage for $40 per night. The hotel itself is nice but the room we stayed in had stained carpets and couch cushions. Assuming all rooms are alike, rooms need a deep clean and some updates. Overall, pretty solid stay if you’re on a budget but want to stay in a quiet and old-money neighborhood"

"Exceeded every expectation. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the weekend was perfect. It was a birthday celebration, and the concierge made sure there was a cake in the room when we arrived! We stayed in a queen room with a private balcony and it was gorgeous! The room was spotless, the pool was cool and relaxing on a very hot day and the lobby made me feel like I was really in old New Orleans. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Loved it!"
