"The building is stunning and the check-in process easy. I was on business and needed to get some work done but the WiFi was not working in my room and the staff's response was essentially "you can use the lounge or try a coffee shop" instead of addressing or, more importantly, solving the issue."

"We arrived earlier than check in allows which would have cost extra but we decided not to. Thankfully we could still use the pool. Fees and policies were explained poorly and Hilton rewards were not available unless diamond or platinum members. Florida in general is very humid and muggy, our linens felt soggy and housekeeping was not done unless ‘requested’. Three large dehumidifiers ran in the upper hallways for the week we stayed. The lazy river was the highlight of our trip with noodles shared from fellow travelers. Restaurant and bar were ok for convenience, but lacks anything special. Overall happy with our stay but wound stay elsewhere for future travel "
