"The hotel has character owing to its age, which I appreciate it. The rooms are nicely refurbished and don't lack for anything. Our room was quiet, clean and pleasant. My only gripe was that the hot water was lukewarm at best, if not cool. There was crummy weather during our stay and outdoor temperatures were in the 50s and 60s. The HVAC controls in the room were limited to fan speed only, so the room was quite cool, so taking a shower wasn't a great experience. Also, at this price point, it feels like they should offer at least a continental breakfast option, but perhaps that's asking too much for a hotel right in the heart of the city. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"We loved the location, the room, the massage chairs and the front desk customer service. The free breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. The only bad thing was an old lady who was attending in the breakfast area, she was rude not only to us but with some of the other employees. Besides the weird, rude lady everything was great."
