"My first impression was good the out side was clean parking lot was good entering the lobby and family room was nice clean and tidy. I arrived about 5:30 pm young lady was at front desk took my ID and told her what kind of car I drovesigned the sheet gave her a 50$ cash deposit she said I would get back at check out signed for that. She gave me my room key asked if I got first floor which I asked for when made reservation she said no non were available . She told me I could use a luggage cart and use side door by elevator. So I did only to find handle on that entrance was broken off . After trip back to front desk another employee open the door for me. .my room was nice size was clean and tidy had everything the said . The ice machines on first and second floor didn't work but the one on third for worked. Went to laundry it was clean.did a load dry did not long enough to dry a load.so it cost double to dry. Used the jacuzzi water was warm but the jetties did not work little diappointed.they had towels and place for used. Tv worked fine iron worked.cj out was fine they returned my deposit and on to next stop."

"I requested conjoined rooms on multiple occasions on the day I booked, a week before my check in date as well as the Monday before. I check in and they tell me they couldn’t accommodate me. They even went as far as to tell me they hate when people book through third party. I honestly believe that my request wasn’t fulfilled because of that. Each time I called I was told they assign the rooms the night before and they seen my note and they would get it taken care of. I cancelled one room because there was no way I could supervise my kids being down the hall from my room. My family got ready to go swim and the pool is closed from about 5PM. “It was closed due to the chemicals not being properly balanced burning guests eyes.” We call the desk and they said it would open in two hours. We wait two hours and they say it won’t be open the rest of the night. The only reason I book the rooms because they offered conjoined rooms and there was an indoor pool. Reception said we could be given a partial refund but had to check out immediately. Then they told us we could go swim at the Hampton, two buildings over. We had to walk. We get there and it’s near dark, the temperature had dropped significantly, the pool wasn’t clean. The kids had to play in a dirty, freezing cold pool. I still have yet to be able to speak with a manager. I asked for a pool pass for a day since I had to still pay for a room I couldn’t stay in. I am very disappointed in how things were handled."

"From the pictures, this place looks clean and amazing. However the reality is this place is rundown with a fresh coat of paint over it. The mildew smell is everywhere and the bathroom seemed like it was about to rot through the floor. Yes the whole bathroom. Finding ice was a scavenger hunt. And the parking lot was covered with random screws, nails, and glass chunks."

"I took my Grandson on a "staycation." Hotel was very clean, staff was excellent and very accommodating. The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating was because our room was a jacuzzi room and had low hot water pressure. The cleanliness and staff were wonderful. The yogurt and waffle machines were great at breakfast and my Grandson loved the biscuits and gravy."
