"The staff was helpful and the room was clean. Now the bad. Sadly, as new as this property seemed, things aren’t maintained. The garbage cans weren’t dumped in the common area the whole time we were there, our in room coffee maker was broken and when I went to the lobby to get some I was informed they were out of coffee and changing vendors. They will not getting anything until all the snacks and groceries from the present vendor are gone. Not that many people want chips in my opinion. The laundry room was filthy. Garbage, lost socks, dryer sheets all over the place. Needless to say I was desperate and used it anyway. The carpet was peeling and the elevator doors closed so fast you couldn’t have the rider get out and new ones in before the doors began to close. Scary with kids! I think with some TLC it can be turned around, but we won’t be back."
