The woman that checked us in, Duoaa went above and beyond to give helpful suggestions and routes for our short stay. The young men at the desk were quick and very helpful in making sure our rooms were satisfactory. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The only slightly weird thing is some of the mirror edges on the bathroom doors allowed to be seen from bathroom to bed. 😅 But everything else was exceptional. "

"We had a suite facing the Danube on the 4th floor. Amazing view, room was huge and comfortable for two adults and two children. Great selection at breakfast with very hard working and polite staff. Location perfect for walking up to the castle and great tram and metro links to get across to Pest. "
