"Location of this hotel is perfect for walking to the bars, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame. Upon arrival, we’re greeted by Marley with excellent service. There were no luggage carts available initially, but she went out of her way to look for one. Check in was smooth and easy. The bar area was nice with friendly servers. Breakfast was excellent! Well prepared hot breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles or pancakes, fruit yogurt, cereal. No non dairy creamer available. We had one problem during our visit that was not fixed until we brought it to the attention of the desk a second time. The bathroom sliding door would stick and required someone outside of the door to help the person stuck inside. But by the time we were leaving, it was clear the door was going to need repairs again. Hotel bar closes early at 11 pm and it’s difficult to find late night food. We attended a concert and couldn’t get food after 11 pm. No one would deliver due to traffic or early restaurant closure. Overall, we had a great time in Nashville and enjoyed our stay in such a convenient location."

"Stayed one night to attend a concert at Bridgestone. Only a ten minute walk from hotel. Felt very safe. Beds were amazing! Staff was helpful and accommodating from check-in to valet, bar tender and breakfast attendants. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. Rates are very reasonable compared to other hotels in same location downtown. Parking is valet only and is $65. Basically what all venues charge. Parking is very very limited in downtown. We parked and walked everywhere."

"Big place. Great shot of the pool in the add. That wasn’t open. Room was fine. Clean, and comfortable. Didn’t have a remote for the TV, and the desk took care of it immediately. Breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, juice, cereal, and muffins was fine, and free. You’re not walking distance from anywhere but a great taco stand next door. However short driving or Uber to anywhere fun. Remember, nothing is cheap here except this Motel, and it’s a great value if you would rather save your money for fun."
